The builder offers three match modes under Keywords. A comment is compared after lowercasing and trimming extra spaces, so case never matters.
Contains
The comment includes a keyword anywhere. With the keyword "guide", the comment "send me the guide please" matches.
Exact
The whole comment is a keyword. Case and extra spaces are ignored, but any other word means no match. With the keyword "guide", "guide" matches and "send the guide" does not.
Any comment
Every comment on the chosen posts triggers the automation. Keywords are not used in this mode.
Several keywords
Keywords are alternatives: a comment matches when any one of them matches. Separate them with commas.
Test before you publish
Use Try it in the builder to type a sample comment and see whether it would run. Playground checks never send a message.
