   Connect Instagram

   Sign in, open Accounts and connect your Instagram professional account. DMzio shows the account as healthy once the connection works.

2. Step 2

   Choose a post and keywords

   Create an automation, pick the post to watch and list the keywords that should start a conversation, or reply to every comment.

3. Step 3

   Write the DM

   Write the private reply, add buttons and links, and preview it. Publish when the preview reads the way you want.

4. Step 4

   Capture contacts

   Ask for an email or phone number in the conversation. DMzio checks the answer, records consent and saves the lead.

5. Step 5

   Watch the Inbox

   Every conversation lands in the Inbox. Take over from automation at any time and reply as yourself.

6. Step 6

   Read analytics

   Follow comments, replies, leads and orders for each automation, and see why a message was not sent.
