Frequently asked questions
Do I need an Instagram professional account?
Yes. DMzio works with Instagram business and creator accounts. A personal account cannot be connected, but you can switch to a professional account in the Instagram app.
Is DMzio allowed by Instagram?
DMzio sends messages through the official Instagram messaging rules: one private reply per comment, follow-ups only after the person replies, and an opt-out for anyone who writes STOP. Platform rules can change, so we show every skipped send with its reason.
Can I try it for free?

Do Story replies and Live comments work?
Not yet. Story reply and Live comment triggers are coming soon and are not available yet. Comment triggers work today.
