Eligibility
You can request a refund within 14 days of the first paid invoice of your workspace first subscription.
How to request
Open Billing in the app and request a refund. Our team reviews each request.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Timing depends on your bank.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund.
