Data deletion

How to delete your data, including data received from Instagram.

Delete from the app

Open Settings, Privacy in the app to delete leads, export or delete a workspace, or delete your user account. Some billing records are retained as the law requires.

Instagram data

To remove the Instagram data DMzio holds about your account:

  • Disconnect the account in DMzio, or remove DMzio in your Instagram settings.
  • Then request deletion at Settings, Privacy in the app, or by email to contact@dmzio.com.
