Using DMzio

You must be able to form a binding contract and have the right to connect the Instagram and other accounts you add. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Acceptable use

• Follow the Instagram, Shopify and Slack terms and policies.
• Do not send spam, harassment or unlawful content.
• Honor opt-outs. A person who writes STOP must not be messaged.
• Do not attempt to bypass sending limits or safeguards.

Instagram rules

DMzio sends one private reply per comment, within 7 days of the comment, and follow-ups only after the person writes back, inside the 24-hour messaging window. Instagram can change its rules, and we may change or pause features to follow them.

Billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Payment is processed through Stripe and sold through Link. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DMzio available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update these terms and will show the version and date above.
