Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who processes it and how you can delete it.

Version 2026-10-26. Last updated 26 October 2026.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and sign-in details.
  • Instagram data you connect: account identifiers, comments on your posts, and direct messages with your contacts, received through our Instagram API provider.
  • Lead data you choose to capture: contact details, consent and tags.
  • Store data if you connect Shopify: products, orders and refunds without customer contact details.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe. We keep plan and invoice records, not card numbers.
  • Usage data about how the product is used, when analytics is enabled.

How we use it

We use data to run your automations, show your inbox and analytics, bill your subscription, keep the service secure and answer support requests.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare: hosting, email delivery and AI inference.
  • PlanetScale: our database.
  • Outstand: our Instagram API provider.
  • Stripe and Link: billing, with Link as the merchant of record.
  • Shopify and Slack: only when you connect them.
  • PostHog: only when analytics is enabled.

Retention and deletion

You can export or delete your data from Settings, Privacy in the app: delete a lead, export or delete a workspace, or delete your user account. Some billing records are retained as the law requires. See also data deletion.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data. Contact contact@dmzio.com or use the privacy settings in the app.
