Story reply and Live comment are coming soon
The Story reply and Live comment triggers show a "Coming soon" label in the builder and cannot be published yet. When they become available, this page and the product pages will say so.
What to do now
Use a comment trigger for post-based campaigns. For people who reply to your Stories, the Inbox shows direct messages once they arrive.
