Slack notifications

1. Connect a channel

Open Integrations then Slack and connect. Slack asks you to pick the channel that receives the messages.

2. Choose events

Under Events pick what to send: New lead, Contact captured, Needs a human, Purchase, Automation needs attention and Connection issue. Filters by account, automation and lead tag narrow it further. Message text is never sent to Slack.

3. Send a test

Choose Send test notification and check the channel. Enabling notifications requires a successful test first.

4. Enable

Choose Enable. Delivery history lists every notification and its state.

5. Mute

Use Mute to pause notifications without disconnecting. Muted events are recorded as skipped and are not replayed later.

6. Daily summary

Turn on the daily summary to get one overview message each morning in workspace time.
