Contact capture asks the person for their details inside the conversation.
1. Turn on Contact capture
In the builder, open Contact capture (optional). Under What to collect choose Email, Phone, Either or Both.
2. Write the questions
Fill in the Email question and Phone question. If an answer is not valid, DMzio sends a short clarify message and asks again.
3. Add the thank-you and opt-in text
Write the Thank-you message sent after the details arrive, and the Opt-in text that says what the person agrees to.
4. Consent is recorded
When someone shares their details, DMzio records the consent with the lead, including when and through which automation. You can see it on the lead in Leads.
5. STOP opts people out
If someone sends STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, they are opted out and automated messages to them stop for good. You can add more opt-out words in the Inbox settings.
