DMzio

1. Delete leads

In Leads, select one or more leads and choose Delete. Confirm with Delete permanently. DMzio deletes their contact details, tags, notes and messages, and keeps a minimal record so anyone who opted out is never messaged again.

2. Export workspace data

The workspace owner can open Settings then Privacy, type the workspace name and choose Export workspace data. The file stays available for a limited time.

3. Delete the workspace

In the same place, Delete workspace stops all automations at once and deletes the workspace data. It cannot be undone. It needs the workspace name and a confirmation.

4. Delete your user account

Under Settings then Profile, Delete account removes you from every workspace and deletes your sign-in. Transfer ownership or delete the workspace first if you own one.

5. What we keep

Some records stay after deletion: billing and invoice records, refund requests, an audit trail, usage records and opt-out records, so a person who opted out stays opted out. See the data deletion page and the privacy policy.
