The AI agent is part of the Business plan. It answers questions from the knowledge you give it.
1. Add sources
Open AI Agent then Knowledge. Use Add text, Add a website page or Upload a document. The Shopify catalog can be used too.
2. Check the profile and the playground
Set the tone in Profile, then ask test questions in Playground. Playground runs never send messages.
3. Start in draft mode
Choose Start in draft mode. The agent writes replies for a person to review. Nothing is sent by itself.
4. Review drafts
Open Drafts to approve, edit or discard each reply. Drafts older than a week are superseded.
5. Go live
When the drafts look right, choose Go live and confirm. Replies are then sent to customers automatically. You can choose Back to draft mode or Turn off at any time.
6. What happens when it is unsure
Any doubt hands the conversation to a person: a missing answer, a failed safety check or an unavailable agent. The conversation moves to Human mode and shows up in your Inbox.
